Return Policy

At sun + her, we want you to be over-the-moon thrilled with your purchase. If for any reason you're not feeling the love, please reach out to us at hello@sunandher.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll do everything to make things right.

Please be sure to contact us for approval before returning any items, and follow our return process. We're not able to process exchanges for items that are returned without our approval.

Please note that all refunds will be returned as a Gift Card Voucher. 

To return an item for an exchange, please ensure that it's in new condition, unworn, and free of damage. Return the item in its original packaging with all labels intact, to keep it safe during transport. Please note that the cost of return shipment is your responsibility and the products remain your responsibility until they reach us. Once we receive the item, we'll work our magic to process your exchange.

Kindly Note:

- We are a slow fashion label and we produce everything in small batch quantities. We do not operate like a typical fast fashion business model. This being said, we strongly encourage mindful shopping habits and placing your order with intention to wear, keep and love your pieces as part of your conscious wardrobe.

- Returning custom-made orders is not possible. In order to create something that perfectly matches your needs and wants, we kindly request your utmost attention to all the details when placing your custom-made order.

 

Jewelry Warranty

We are so delighted you have chosen our sun + her jewelry.

We are confident in the quality of our products and want you to be fully happy with your purchase. That's why we offer a 6 month warranty on all of our sun + her jewelry pieces.

If you experience any issues with your jewelry within 6 month of purchase, we will repair or replace it free of charge. Our warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship, including issues with gemstones or the setting of stones. Just send us an email at hello@sunandher.com with a description of the issue and a photo of the damaged item, and we'll take care of the rest.

Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care of the jewelry. To ensure the longevity of your piece, we recommend avoiding exposure to water, chemicals, and extreme temperatures, and storing your jewelry in a cool, dry place when not in use.

How do I return an item?

After we approve your return, follow these steps:

  • Give your item a farewell before placing it back into its original packaging.

  • Ship the item back home to the address provided or if you’re based in Switzerland you can return it personally during the current opening hours:
